    The Trumeter team is a diverse group of individuals that is much more than the sum of its parts.     HK: Supply Chain
    HK ensures the seamless flow of components in and product out of our factory in Malaysia. HK builds vendor relationships worldwide, striving for a sustainable and ethical supply chain.

    Jim: Customer Support

    Jim is the face of our customer support team! He's on phone, email and chat every day with customers to help them choose the right product, configure products, or fix issues with wiring, programming and more.

    Rondel: Warehouse Operations
    Rondel is a member of our warehouse team who's known for going the extra mile. He recently stayed past hours and drove a customer's order to a drop off center to ensure they received it on time!

    Chris: Electronics Engineering
    Chris focuses on collaborating with our customers to design new products or customize existing products. Engineers like Chris make it possible for Trumeter to specialize in custom product development!

    Beh: Quality Assurance
    Beh ensures that quality parts & materials are input to the manufacturing process, and that quality finished products are output to the market. He also manages ISO 9001 compliance at our factory.

    Ken: Product Management

    Ken manages product strategy and advises our engineering and management teams. He also personally answers countless technical support questions from our customers!

    Veronica: Finance
    Veronica supports the team by setting up customer accounts, collecting payments, making sure vendors get paid on time, and ensuring compliance on important things like taxes.

    Raj: Information Technology
    Raj oversees all IT functions, including determining needs, maintaining infrastructure and implementing computer systems. He supports Trumeter team members around the world!

    Yvonne: Human Resources
    Yvonne focuses on recruiting, retaining and supporting the team while ensuring HR compliance and workplace safety. She sees her job as a service role, and loves helping her colleagues solve problems.

    Michael: Marketing

    Michael is the glue between engineering, customer service, and marketing at Trumeter. He helps manage new product releases, distributor partnerships, campaigns, and so much more.
