Frequency Signal Conditioner

DIN rail-mount signal conditioner for measuring and monitoring frequency and speed

Designed for frequency and speed measurement applications, the Frequency Signal Conditioner precisely measures DC pulses from sensors across a wide 2–400 Hz input range with 0.5% accuracy, making it ideal for industrial automation, motor control, material handling, and rotational equipment monitoring.

Through the free signal conditioner configuration software, users can easily set the dual outputs as either digital (open collector) or analog (4–20 mA). The software also allows for advanced customization, including 10 independent alarm setpoints, configurable output delays, 20-point non-linear scaling, and other parameters to match specific application needs.

  • Accurately measures DC pulses from a sensor, supporting a wide range of inputs between 2-400Hz.
  • Dual outputs configurable as digital (open collector) or analog (4–20 mA).
  • 0.5% accuracy at 25˚C.
  • 20-point non-linearization scaling for non-linear sensors.
  • 10 alarm setpoints & configurable digital output delays.
  • Standard Top Hat Slotted (TS35) DIN rail–mount for easy integration.
  • User-configurable scale, range, alarms, outputs settings and more.
  • Remote monitoring with Trumeter Cloud and IOT Gateway.
