Rate Signal Conditioner

The Rate Signal Conditioner provides highly accurate rate and frequency measurement for speed monitoring, flow control, and process automation applications. Designed for use in demanding industrial environments, it supports input frequencies from 0–60 kHz and is compatible with NPN, PNP, and Push-Pull sensors, delivering ±0.01% accuracy for exceptional precision and reliability without requiring additional converters.

Through the free signal conditioner configuration software, both outputs can be customized as digital (open collector) or analog (4–20 mA). The software also enables configuration of 10 independent alarm setpoints, 20-point non-linear scaling for non-linear sensors, and other advanced settings, allowing full control and flexibility for system integration.
