Micro Signal Conditioner

DIN rail-mount signal conditioner for measuring microamps

The Micro Signal Conditioner provides high-resolution DC current measurement in the 0–200 µA range with 0.01% accuracy. Its high input impedance ensures signal integrity, making it ideal for sensor testing, R&D, medical and biotech devices, semiconductor monitoring, and low-current electronics manufacturing, delivering precise and reliable measurements for sensitive, high-precision applications. The two outputs are selectable as digital or analog via the free signal conditioner configuration software, for integration with control and monitoring systems. Other settings can also be configured including 10 independent alarm setpoints and more.

  • High resolution 0-200uA input measures to 0.1% accuracy of the signal.
  • Dual outputs configurable as digital (open collector) or analog (4–20 mA).
  • Standard Top Hat Slotted (TS35) DIN rail–mount for easy integration.
  • 20 point non-linearization scaling (for non-linear sensors)
  • 10 alarm setpoints and configurable digital output delays.
  • Compatible with IOT Gateway for remote monitoring with Trumeter Cloud.
