CM Furnaces & Heating Element Monitoring

CM Furnaces was founded in 1946 and is based in Bloomfield NJ. The company specializes in the advanced design and manufacturing of high-quality laboratory and industrial electric furnaces. Their ovens reach temperatures of 1800C and higher, and they use Trumeter Advanced Panel Meters to help protect the highly technical heating elements.

The APM Amp Meter and APM Volt Meter are used to monitor the power inputs to each heating element and warn operators if the furnace is not operating at peak performance. The meters are a visual safety net so the operator can shut down the furnace prior to any major damage to the machine and its heating elements. Damaged heating elements cause production downtime, costing the customer time and money.
