The Website contains features to subscribe for updates, forms to download APM software, register product warranties or contact us directly for more information. We collect the information you provide to us through these options so we can service your request(s). In addition, if you choose to provide it along with your request, Trumeter can collect the name of your organisation or company and the address of you, your organisation or company.

Job Applications

It is necessary for us to process the personal data of job applicants
in order to identify the individual for the purposes of recruitment.

The data will be collected by our HR department and will be shared with the interviewers and prospective manager.

CVs of unsuccessful applicants are kept for a period of 6 months after the recruitment exercise before being securely destroyed.

Access, Rectification or Removal of Your Data

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you by emailing datacontroller@trumeter.com.

So we can confirm your identity, please include a photocopy of your ID, blackening out your photograph and sensitive information such as ID reference number or social security number etc.

Following your request for access, you can request rectification or removal of your data if:

  • The personal data is incorrect or incomplete
  • The personal data is not relevant to the specific purpose for which it was collected
  • The personal data is used in violation of the law

We will respond to your request within 30 days of receiving it.
