Why Choose the APM Process Meter
The APM Process Meter excels in the measurement, monitoring, and display of industrial processes with user-selectable voltage (0 to +/- 10V) and current (4-20mA / 10-50mA) input modes. Trumeter’s innovative technology ensures superior accuracy with up to 20 point configurable linearization, allowing use with non-linear sensors like thermocouples and pressure transducers. The input signal optimization technology achieves 0.1% accuracy or better, providing precise measurement, display, and control.
The APM Process Meter’s unique, user-configurable display combines the readability of an analog meter with the precision of a digital volt meter, making it the ultimate panel meter for industrial applications.
Easy-to-Read Display
The APM Process Meter’s unique display combines the best of both digital and analog meters, making it easy to read even in challenging conditions.
- Two Contrast Options: Choose between a positive display for bright sunlight or a high-contrast negative display for indoors.
- 40-Segment Curved Bar Graph: Provide operators with an immediate visual indication of parameters.
- Large Readout: Optimize readability and accuracy with four 12mm [0.47″] digits.
- Adjustable Brightness: Operators can adjust the backlight brightness and color to suit different environments.
- Wide Viewing Angle: Ensure readability from various positions.

User Configurable Process Meter
The APM Process Meter is highly customizable using the APM configuration software. The easy-to-use, free software allows you to tailor the meter to your specific needs.
- Linear and Non-Linear Scaling: Choose linear scaling or use the 20-point non-linear scaling table to match your application.
- 16 Pre-set Configurations: Use position switches on the back of the meter to select pre-set standard configurations without software.
- Customizable Scale & Range: Adjust offset, gain and min/max range.
- 10 Independent Alarms: Set conditions and actions to meet your requirements.
- Digital Output Delays: Set delays from 0.5 to 120 seconds to ensure accuracy.
- Color Changing Backlight: Customize color and intensity, with flashing or static alerts.
- Messaging Area: Display custom messages and annunciators.
Remote Monitoring
Every APM comes with a free lifetime subscription to Trumeter Cloud so you can remotely monitor the status of your systems. Just add on our plug-and-play APM Gateway to get:
- Customizable alarm conditions and thresholds for notifications
- Unlimited email notifications, plus options to add instant text messages
- Exportable data stored securely in the Cloud

Output & Communications
The APM Process Meter comes standard with two outputs to communicate with other systems: 1 digital (open collector) or 1 analog (4-20mA). In certain circumstances we can customize the APM Process Meter with Modbus RTU for further communications.
