What is ISO Certification?
The ISO certification process is a comprehensive evaluation of a company’s quality management system (QMS). For Trumeter, this process is particularly vital as it ensures the accuracy and reliability of our products. Trumeter has been ISO9002 certified since 1992 and ISO9001 certified since 2017.

How does the process work at Trumeter?
There are two strands to the process:
- Customer feedback. By continually talking to our customers and prospective customers we gain understanding of what is important to them in our products.
- Consistent standards in design and production. Our designs not only meet customer, safety and regulatory requirements, but they are also are produced correctly every time. This enables us to offer our 3 year warranty.
Written standards say how we will run our design, production and customer support processes. Independent audits provide evidence to show that we are living the processes that we have defined.
