Our Colleague Charter

Our colleague charter is the result of a mission to identify which principles and behaviors are most important to us as a group.

Colleagues from across the company came together in focus groups to design the charter. The charter was the result of brainstorming, organizing and theming from those focus groups. After sharing this document on our intranet, we held meetings in small groups during Innovation Week to discuss which principals and behaviors we felt were the most important to us as individuals, and which we felt to be the most aspirational for the business as a whole. 

Understanding what’s important to us and to each other helps us set expectations and hold each other accountable so that we can all have the most successful and enjoyable experience at work that we possibly can.
