We review all our policies and practices through a lens of equality, diversity and inclusion and actively look to identify where there could be barriers to equal opportunities and speak openly about where biases could occur, brainstorming how these could be overcome.

We believe that to be truly innovative and to make the best business decisions, there must be an exchange of ideas between diverse groups, both in the types of people on the team and in their different opinions.

We have a company-wide lunch and learn program that included a session to raise awareness on the importance of embracing diversity and inclusion, and we constantly seek meaningful ways to truly embed diversity and inclusion into our DNA. Our annual employee engagement survey also ensures that every member of the team has a voice, and that any concerns are listened to.
